Piscine et Déneigement Larose is a family-run pool service in Gatineau, with a heritage of nearly 30 years. The current owner, Patrick, has learned the art of the deal from his father. Shortly after, he was also hooked by customer service and entrepreneurship. That’s how, helped by his wife and extended family, Patrick decided to build a business specializing in selling, repairing, and installing swimming pools and spas. Today, Piscine Larose caters to the Gatineau community and the nearby area.
Piscine Larose contacted us with the purpose of upgrading their website design and making it available on a wider range of devices. Consequently, they wanted to improve the website’s structure, and provide a better user experience to increase conversions. Given their local focus, they were looking for direct ways to digitally reach bigger audiences in Gatineau to extract quality leads.
To help Piscine Larose boost their conversions through their website, we started by analyzing their audience, needs, idiosyncrasies, and online preferences. We then applied these findings to outline a new website structure that was more in tune with user behavior. To this respect, we also infused the design with particularities meant to prolong the time spent on site. In addition, we optimized the site for SEO, tackling on-site and off-site tactics, both in the short and long term. However, the critical element of the strategy was local SEO optimization, as we knew it would deliver the best results for money in this particular case.
